Have had no luck contacting customer service after requesting to cancel my order. Its still in processing status when original order was placed on 6/21 and it is now 7/9. To make it worse, they actually have people posting fake positive reviews!! If you look, several reviews have the same wording about living in Brazil and used to a delay when you look at the person who reviewed shows their country as Portugal not BRAZIL!! TERRIBLE
