Is this really the thanks I get? Bad service, waste of my day, I’m still furious over the issues that I faced off against. Why would a company be this callous towards someone that wants to give them money? Why would the staff be so rude and off putting? These questions will never be answered, as I’m done with this service, I still can’t believe how bad it was. They are absolutely callous, and unfriendly.

So we had a miscommunication regarding my order and I called them angry and frustrated. I was so mad I was shaking but they were so cool and calm and understanding. I felt embarrassed for screaming at them on phone, especially when I realized I was at fault. They were so nice to me, I apologized so many times. Finally, I got my order right. I think anyone should use their service, but hey, don’t be too harsh.
