They force "Location Instructions" onto delivery carries at apartment complexes, specifically Amazon, that force their drivers to ignore customer delivery instructions. They (Parcel Pending) also deny this fact & will point blame elsewhere when confronted. Sure, to some people this is a great functionality but to residents that specifically need their packages delivered to their door you're basically screwed. If you are disabled or aren't allowed to walk/drive after intensive surgery & don't have someone to help you then this situation is a disservice to you. Thanks for ruining specific delivery instructions that don't involve your locker system.
