I realize people have bad days, and I’ve had them myself. However, I never took it out on my customers. When online services send mean emails or messages over the chat box, then it’s time to take a break, chaps. Insulted customers don’t return. I won’t.

Absolutely Great! Just great! They helped me out when I was stranded with a wrong order. I did not expect them to go an extra mile to ensure my satisfaction but that is exactly what they did.
