I arrange a teip for 10 family members and all but one of us are vegetarians. We were promised that the lodhes would make us the vegetarian meals that we are use to having and the lodges did not make those. The lodges were required to provide 3 meals per day for the 7 days and we we very disappointed that we did get those. Also we were promised that we would see plenty of lions and laperds in the safaris we took. We had 2 sadaris per day for 6 days and we didn't see any. Since they failed these 2 major areas, i requested a partial refund and they refused. Don't use this travel angency.
