Family trip to Africa

I arrange a teip for 10 family members and all but one of us are vegetarians. We were promised that the lodhes would make us the vegetarian meals that we are use to having and the lodges did not make those. The lodges were required to provide 3 meals per day for the 7 days and we we very disappointed that we did get those. Also we were promised that we would see plenty of lions and laperds in the safaris we took. We had 2 sadaris per day for 6 days and we didn't see any. Since they failed these 2 major areas, i requested a partial refund and they refused. Don't use this travel angency.

Terrible Communication

Alyssa Smith was supposedly the Alaska expert. After working back and forth with her a few times, she still wasn’t giving us what we were asking for. We wrote a lengthy response to her proposal, then followed up a few days later with “when can we expect to hear from you?” Nothing. Then a few days later, we phoned her asking for some sign of life. Nothing.. She didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to our inquiries. Complete lack of communication is why we could never give them a single dollar or a recommendation. Absolutely terrible! After two weeks, we only wasted our time booking our trip.

Exhausting to communicate with them

It is safe to assume that this company prepares their workers to be inconsiderate with their clients. On the off chance that you are not happy with their administration or have additionally addresses, they simply instruct you to quiets down and live with it. They have yelled at me a few times when I attempted to discover more data about my administrations. Their objective is not to serve their clients, but rather to get your cash and prevent you from troubling them. It genuinely influences my mind-set each time I called them, so I am practically perplexed of calling them now. I think this may be what they need.
