After waiting over 2 weeks I emailed company requesting an update. After 2 more days I finally got one. Full of way too much personal information for a business to respond with. They did let me know my order was ready for shipping and would be shipped this weekend. I let them know that the personal info wasn't necessary and thanked them for the update on my order. I just checked my email again and they have canceled my order (without me asking them to nor did they state a reason) and blocked me from their facebook page. Which I should note does not allow consumers to contact them via messenger or my phone nor does it allow consumers to post reviews and make any comments to its community page. SKETCHY doesn't really do a company lie this justice. Side note: Carmens post is total BS to get the reviews evened out.

Only posted here to even out the ratings. Truth is this company only has negative ratings. Go look all over the web. This is the only place you will find ANY ratings cause that's they way they have set themselves up.

They will cancel your order with no notice to you or reason for it.
