Joined last year sometime! What a faff. Not straight forward at all having to connect one app to another so they can monitor you. I've not used the app at all and Team RH have not once reached out to me to see if they can help/support. Clearly they're not interested; only in taking your money off you 🙄. I'm just biding my time so I can cancel my subscription and be done with them. They don't even allow you a 7-day trial to see if it's fot you!
