Bought a Fitness Tracker but it failed to power up. Asked for advice y Email from Customer Support and MICHELLE quickly responded with a checklist. Watch still didn't work so Michelle offered a no-quibble refund or replacement - we opted for the latter and returned the faulty item. A brand new replacement arrived within 1 week AND our return postage cost was refunded. It's a shame the first unit didn't work but Michelle's customer service was faultless, so overall we are very happy with the company.
