I ordered a watch through these guys and the watch got lost by Royal Mail, the company were fantastic throughout, Michelle communicated continuously with me and reassured me that the problem would be resolved. She was positive and friendly throughout which made the problem much easier to manage. I received my watch and it is of fantastic quality and arrived the next day (replacement sent) If it wasn’t for the kindness, friendliness and compassion of the staff I would have had a very different experience I believe Thank you Michelle :)
