We all except these are very difficult times... it not impossible. Email has NOT been affected by this pandemic. The ability to communicate and treat people with respect and decency has not been affected by COVID. So why do these companies use one of the very best opportunities to make sales and a great impression with inept service to the point customers will NEVER return.
