Late transportation

I go to dialysis and get out at a certain time. The company knows this but aend the driver out to another customer. I have been picked up from dialysis 45 minutes late several times. I have a nurse that come by and so I really need to be home by a certain time. Each time I have called to Ride to care the exxuse is always a traffic accident or road construction. I may have to request another company if they can't come around the time I get out of dialysis. I will see if the drivers get here this week.

Worst customer service ever

Needing to use non medical transportation to get to doctors appointments is stressful enough, but to schedule a ride and end up with this company, and have to depend on them to get you to an appointment on time is too muchto hope for. This company is located in portland Oregon. They are contracted with Ride Share/Ride Care of Oregon. Their contract states the driver is to call the client when they arrive at the pickup site. The driver is to go to the door to assist the client to the car. First off, they do arrive, however it's hit or miss if they do call. If they do call, it's because they're leaving without you. Many appointments and medical procedures have been missed due to their lazyness and incompetents.
