I go to dialysis and get out at a certain time. The company knows this but aend the driver out to another customer. I have been picked up from dialysis 45 minutes late several times. I have a nurse that come by and so I really need to be home by a certain time. Each time I have called to Ride to care the exxuse is always a traffic accident or road construction. I may have to request another company if they can't come around the time I get out of dialysis. I will see if the drivers get here this week.
