Horrible company

I received formula that looked like it was packaged by a child. Box was very damaged which made me distrust the quality of the formula. I have tried emailing them multiple times and no response. They advertise returns are welcome however they have not responded.

Do NOT trust this company

I have ordered for a while and was happy until I needed a reply from them. One of the cans I received was damaged/opened. I flagged it through ALL means of communication they offer, still ZERO reply after 3 weeks. I doubt I will ever get a reply and be reimbursed. Now looking for another supplier.

'Contact Us' Page Should Just Be Deleted From Their Website

Placed an order over a week ago. It still says 'Processing'. They say they ship USPS priority in 1-3 business days. I had to find a different solution to feed my baby. I called to ask them to just cancel the order and issue a refund. You can't get through to anyone. I sent them several messages on their website. I Facebook messaged them. No answer. Don't know if I will ever get the food I don't need now or the money I paid for it. Use a different site like Organic Start or organic24 who actually care about their customers.

Bad customer service

I had been ordering from them on a consistent basis and recently received the wrong formula. They never rectify their mistake or ever bothered to make contact. There is no answer on the phone recording. Very disappointed. Will make sure to tell everyone I know!
