Be weary of Drive With Kol (Mr Nikolai Heydel) @drivewithkol. Mr Nikolai Heydel was hired as a videographer / Editor, he turned up with no filming equipment, so we invested in equipment. His service was generally very poor with bad timekeeping and filming/editing to match. We have requested for several months for our equipment to be returned, but our requests have not been met. We have now decided to pursue Mr Nikolai Heydel via the United Kingdom Small Claims Court to receive compensation for loss of goods, we will also be reporting this case to the Police. We have taken it upon ourselves to warn others of Mr Nikolai Heydel's behavior in order not to fall foul. If you have been a victim of Mr Nikolai Heydel, please report him to your local Police Station or ring Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.

Ordered a weekend luxury car hire for my wife as a birthday gift. I was a bit concerned as the company hadn't been great at replying so got in touch the week before to confirm everything was going ahead and was assured that it was. On the Saturday the car should have arrived at 9am, it never turned up. Spent an hour trying to get in touch with someone, finally managed to after 10am (despite the website saying the phone lines are 24/7). They apologised but said there had been a mistake and the booking have not been entered properly so didn't exist. They offered to try and get the car out to us but by then it was too late so I asked for a refund. Five weeks later I am still waiting for my money back, both the initial payment and the security deposit. Thankfully it was made on a credit card so they are now looking into it and I should be protected but had I paid via bank transfer or debit card I'd be stuffed. I was also offered a complimentary day of a car hire to make up for the mistake, needless to say this hasn't appeared and enquiries about it are ignored or fobbed off. I could accept the mistake on the day, although it was gutting, I can't accept the fact they lied about making the repayment back onto my credit card or not honouring their promise to make up for it with a free hire.

This is a scam and not a real company. If you aren't sure, check for yourself, Classic Parade is not even a company registered on Companies House. All the 1 star reviews on here are real and the others are fake ones to make you think its a genuine business. once you opt to rent a car, they will take your deposit. if they decide to keep it there is nothing you can do as Classic Parade isn't a company. As most people have experienced, you will receive a call the day before and given a car that's not what you ordered and cheaper or they will try and upsell you into a more expensive car. if you then leave a bad review Andrew Brown of classic parade will call you with his fake public school boy accent (he is really a south London boy living in a cheap flat in Beckenham) and he will threaten you and blackmail you into taking it down by with holding your deposit until you do. Google him, his scam is all over the internet. do not use this company.
