I have attempted to make contact via email and phone without answer or response. The phone rings and rings and the emails are not being answered. This is concerning given the company advertises 24/7 e-mail support and average 60 second response times on there phone line. I am concerned as I’ve foolishly paid for the car hire and refundable excess fee and am unable to now contact the company. Having read other reviews I am not convinced the car will arrive and I wish to cancel the order. Such poor customer service is preventing me being able to do this. I have raised as a scam company with my bank although as I foolishly made the bank transfer I’m not convinced this will be successful. Avoid at all costs - terrible.

I was very reluctant to write a review as I wanted to give the company the ‘benefit of the doubt’ but I have had no other option to do so. I ‘rented’ a car from classic parade some time ago. To present some background on my current situation ; I am currently terminally ill, raised money by charities and kind donations to hire a car for some time over Christmas to be one of my bucket list wishes before losing my ability to drive in the very short term. The process at start was smooth, I picked the car I wanted, filled out the online quotation and received an email in a prompt time frame with payment instructions from Andrew. I paid in full immediately, and sent across my driving licence. Weeks go by with no contact from Andrew, numerous emails and phone calls later I still haven’t received a response. After being scammed of £4000, not only from me but from generous charities and donations wanting to fill an ever long wish of mine is truly devastating. My health is deteriorating day by day, with this situation making it tenfold worse. All I want is my money back, otherwise I will be forced to take to the power of social media to express my horror story and the unnecessary trauma this is creating in my life. I can only hope Andrew has some sort of decency and is able to do the requested, be a decent human being and not destroy one of the few Christmas’ I have the opportunity to enjoy while being in well health.

What a shame…paid our deposit of £5000… What a shame…paid our deposit of £5000 and rental fee for my daughters prom night..totalling £5900 and no car, 2 days before the car was to be delivered, we get an email saying that there was a problem and we couldn’t have the car, thankfully I had a backup plan, we was offered a variety of solutions, book another car from presumably another company, change the date, or a full IMMEDIATE refund..we opted for the refund and 3 weeks later we don’t have our £5900 back, several emails to Andrew and unfortunately the last couple of emails have been ignored, Andrew promised me the money would be refunded 5 days ago but nothing! I will be pursuing this company through the court for the service we paid for but they never provided, we have all of the details they hope we don’t but I really was hoping not to have to go down this route but unfortunately it appears we have been duped, beware of spending any money with this company as it appears you do not get your rental and you do not get your deposit back! You have been warned!!

Be weary of Drive With Kol (Mr Nikolai Heydel) @drivewithkol. Mr Nikolai Heydel was hired as a videographer / Editor, he turned up with no filming equipment, so we invested in equipment. His service was generally very poor with bad timekeeping and filming/editing to match. We have requested for several months for our equipment to be returned, but our requests have not been met. We have now decided to pursue Mr Nikolai Heydel via the United Kingdom Small Claims Court to receive compensation for loss of goods, we will also be reporting this case to the Police. We have taken it upon ourselves to warn others of Mr Nikolai Heydel's behavior in order not to fall foul. If you have been a victim of Mr Nikolai Heydel, please report him to your local Police Station or ring Crime Stoppers on 0800 555 111.

Ordered a weekend luxury car hire for my wife as a birthday gift. I was a bit concerned as the company hadn't been great at replying so got in touch the week before to confirm everything was going ahead and was assured that it was. On the Saturday the car should have arrived at 9am, it never turned up. Spent an hour trying to get in touch with someone, finally managed to after 10am (despite the website saying the phone lines are 24/7). They apologised but said there had been a mistake and the booking have not been entered properly so didn't exist. They offered to try and get the car out to us but by then it was too late so I asked for a refund. Five weeks later I am still waiting for my money back, both the initial payment and the security deposit. Thankfully it was made on a credit card so they are now looking into it and I should be protected but had I paid via bank transfer or debit card I'd be stuffed. I was also offered a complimentary day of a car hire to make up for the mistake, needless to say this hasn't appeared and enquiries about it are ignored or fobbed off. I could accept the mistake on the day, although it was gutting, I can't accept the fact they lied about making the repayment back onto my credit card or not honouring their promise to make up for it with a free hire.

This is a scam and not a real company. If you aren't sure, check for yourself, Classic Parade is not even a company registered on Companies House. All the 1 star reviews on here are real and the others are fake ones to make you think its a genuine business. once you opt to rent a car, they will take your deposit. if they decide to keep it there is nothing you can do as Classic Parade isn't a company. As most people have experienced, you will receive a call the day before and given a car that's not what you ordered and cheaper or they will try and upsell you into a more expensive car. if you then leave a bad review Andrew Brown of classic parade will call you with his fake public school boy accent (he is really a south London boy living in a cheap flat in Beckenham) and he will threaten you and blackmail you into taking it down by with holding your deposit until you do. Google him, his scam is all over the internet. do not use this company.
