EatNow Australia FAIL. Eat later or never!

I order several times a week. And at least once a fortnight it FAILS! They have support staff but they never FIX the problem and they can not take an order. It is the MOST dysfunctional service I have EVER dealt with. Each time they say try ordering with MENULOG INSTEAD. Well I can't read the print on Menulog app as it's too small. But why should I? I expect EATNOW to WORK! My complaints date back a few years and over more than 8 different pc's or android phones, tablets etc. One day it works and the next day it just doesn't work. Their solution each time is " We will help you make your computer work with our system.My response is NO you make EatNow work with ordinary consumers operating systems, don't expect customers

I've had problems since day one of using this service

I've had problems since day one of using this service. This is now nearly two weeks later and nothing has been resolved. I've spent countless hours on the phone, sent countless emails and even sent a good old fashion letter for good measure. Nothing! No response! Not even an acknowledgement or excuse! Anytime I manage to speak to somebody they just say they'll log my issue and somebody will contact me. Not likely! I feel I would have more chance winning the lottery.
