I've had problems since day one of using this service. This is now nearly two weeks later and nothing has been resolved. I've spent countless hours on the phone, sent countless emails and even sent a good old fashion letter for good measure. Nothing! No response! Not even an acknowledgement or excuse! Anytime I manage to speak to somebody they just say they'll log my issue and somebody will contact me. Not likely! I feel I would have more chance winning the lottery.
