Poor customer service
1. Slowest delivery I have ever had. Bought my product online, paid a lot extra for super speedy, next day delivery, and it still hasn't turned up three weeks later. Have tried to find out why but staff are useless and couldn't even find my order even though I have definitely paid for it and have order form. They wouldn't cancel order and said I'd just have to wait for it to arrive and send it back. Totally useless!
