Alyssa Smith was supposedly the Alaska expert. After working back and forth with her a few times, she still wasn’t giving us what we were asking for. We wrote a lengthy response to her proposal, then followed up a few days later with “when can we expect to hear from you?” Nothing. Then a few days later, we phoned her asking for some sign of life. Nothing.. She didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to our inquiries. Complete lack of communication is why we could never give them a single dollar or a recommendation. Absolutely terrible! After two weeks, we only wasted our time booking our trip.
