Did not work for sending or receiving faxes

I signed up for a fax number with FaxBurner and their test fax worked. I later got a message from someone trying to send me a fax that it would not go through. I contacted customer service and they sent me another test fax that worked so could not help any more. I needed the fax so I signed up for a different service and the fax came through fine. I requested a refund from FaxBurner since I was not able to receive faxes with their service. They refused citing that the test fax from them worked. I am not sure if this company is a scam or their technology is just spotty. Either way, I do not recommend.

Cancelled Multiple Times and Kept Charging Me

It's 9/21, I have a pending charge AGAIN, even though I have cancelled multiple times, and, clearly, the software says my billing cycle ends on 8/23, so it did cancel my account, but they keep charging me. Hope I am the one in the wrong here, but if this has happened to anyone else, please report it so class action lawyers can follow-up. Thank you!

Excellent Experience

I like FaxBurner and cannot now imagine my business communication without it. Using a common browser, I send and receive faxes simple and convenient interface on FaxBurner website. I do not have to install special programs, purchase fax equipment, look for opportunities to connect to the telephone network. I also installed FaxBurner application for my iPhone. It works fantastically. Now I can send or receive faxes from any place and at any time.
