I signed up for a fax number with FaxBurner and their test fax worked. I later got a message from someone trying to send me a fax that it would not go through. I contacted customer service and they sent me another test fax that worked so could not help any more. I needed the fax so I signed up for a different service and the fax came through fine. I requested a refund from FaxBurner since I was not able to receive faxes with their service. They refused citing that the test fax from them worked. I am not sure if this company is a scam or their technology is just spotty. Either way, I do not recommend.
