It's 9/21, I have a pending charge AGAIN, even though I have cancelled multiple times, and, clearly, the software says my billing cycle ends on 8/23, so it did cancel my account, but they keep charging me. Hope I am the one in the wrong here, but if this has happened to anyone else, please report it so class action lawyers can follow-up. Thank you!
