RUDE COMPANY. I was told they will never tell me again if name server changes again and to use their default name servers. well guess...what sites are down again no contact for three days from support and counting

Excellent service and support I can see these other customers complaints doesn't look legit. I have been with Optimageek for 2 years and I have never face any issue.

I have been with this company now for 1 year. I have had no issues with the server except one time, and they ran a backup on a separate server so I had minimal downtime but I was able to function.. Support tickets are answered within an acceptable time frame, they work with you to make sure your server is running what is required by customers. Nothing bad to say in 1 year, looking forward to year 2. As long as they are in business I am remaining with them.

Over the years, I have deal with a number of website resellers.... most of them aren't worth a pinch of dog ***** I happened across a listing on ebay by Optimal Geek and figured 'what the hell, MAYBE their mail server isn't on the spam list.' So I spent my few dollars and signed up. Now, every server in the world crashes now and then. It happens. The sun rises and falls and servers crash. Other things go wrong now and then, again, ***** happens. The DIFFERENCE between Optimal and the rest of the resellers I've used, is that when I file a ticket, or message them here - I get a response - usually within an hour, sometimes within 5 minutes. I get updates on what is happening, and what has happened. I get explanations. I get facts, not conjecture, and not 'we're looking into it, go away.' I get the one thing I want most (besides a server that is up and running) - I get SERVICE. ANY IDIOT can set up a web server. It takes a team of dedicated professionals who give a ***** about their clients to maintain it, maintain communication, and work all night to get things fixed and the server back up. Optimal Geek DOES THAT.... the rest don't.
