Worst experience ever
9. Very complicated ordering system, extremely limited supply of stock, and utterly useless customer helpline. They couldn't even answer simplest question like 'has my order been dispatched yet?' I ordered something weeks ago and I still have no idea if it's even on its way. Decided to buy it somewhere else and tried to cancel my order, but was told I couldn't because the order had been processed already, even though they have no idea if it's actually on its way! Ridiculous service.
