I ordered a suit form Indochino just to try out this "custom" suit for such a great price. Bottom line you get what you pay for. The initial measurements ( that were taken by a indochino employee) were really really off. When I got the suit back from the initial fitting it was probably 3 sizes too big; it was a tent. Aside for that my customization were incorrect and the order was messed up. I went back to get the suit adjusted and new measurements were taken. I got the suit back and it still was off. The waist and jacket was too big, the pant legs were still baggy, the jacket was shortened and each side of the jacket were different lengths. Indochino refused to make any more corrections because they only alter once. The tailoring that they do is also very sloppy. For the price that I paid and for the product i received, (which by the way is bad quality) i could have went to any store picked up a generic sized suit and got it tailored and still would have paid less. Either way they have bad quality and policy and they don't care about the end product. Terrible service. Never buy from them.
