Ugoagogo is not a registered company. My email response from them apologised for being a small UK company and that the issue is Royal Mail. Be assured all sceptical wowcher shoppers this is a lie! They are not a registered UK company I have checked and I ordered an Iphone in the same wowcher bundle same set up but different company. The difference is I got a dispatch email from the other company so there is proof it went to the delivery service and then surprise surprise I received my item. My order with Ugoagogo never got dispatched and they are blaming Royal Mail when in actuality they have just stolen my money. I urge you all to take this further to trading standards and keep warning others. Wowcher is also at fault I don’t no why I went back to them
