Your customer support confirmed that this change has been made and that the driver has been informed (however the driver told me this did not happen before the 6pm uk time!!!!!!). Last but not least, your customer service confirmed that the driver was monitoring the flight to make it sure he arrived at the proper time. In addition, the driver asked me to pay for the parking. In your confirmation email, it does not specify that I am liable to pay for it.
