Review about Gravel Master
I had the same problems as everyone else I ordered on 03/06/20 for a delivery to be delivered on 19/06/20 but it didn't arrive. I couldn't get through on the phones using all 3 options so I emailed gravel master and received a generated email saying due to CV19 they had limited staff in their office (understandable) and to be patient and the item would arrive. However what I did do was to enter my invoice number in to their tracking on their website and hold and behold the pallet of gravel was picked up from Gravel master on the 16th and it was delivered from the courier's national hub to my local depot on the 17th the fault was with my local depot for none delivery and not with Gravel master. I contacted the Pallet network who gave me the phone number of my local depot (YDL) and they adviced me that the delivery would be today. I suggest you enter your tracking number on the gravel master website and it will bring up the Pallet network delivery information if it has been picked up by them. Pallet network will have their own invoice number on there which is the one to use if you need to contact them.
