I joined this group hoping for weight loss. The app is complicated, and noticed as soon as 2 weeks later it's easier and cheaper using my fitness app. You go to ask to cancel and they say no, individuals will get accessed. I then ask for it to be suspended they still say no. Not one Coach reaches out to you or even tries to call you. The man him self gives me ptsd problems as he's so abusive and rude I feel I'm living with my x partner again. He to use to fat shame me and this is exactly what this coach does, fat shames you and makes you feel even lower then you already are eith your mental health. Please stay away , for your own sanity.
