The apartment complex just started parcel pending. Haven't received my packages at all. USPS left a note saying that they attempted delivery. The next day I talked to the mail carrier who said that they couldn't get into the lockers because they were down. I called customer service twice. The first time the agent said it was strange that there were no deliveries made by USPS at all. The second day I called again. This time the agent actually told my that USPS actually attempted delivery but couldn't find a secure location. I responded that the secure location was the locker they actually couldn't access she said something that made no sense whatsoever. I asked for manager and she claimed no managers were available. I spent half of my afternoon chasing after my packages and still don't have them. I will cancel this service because it's completely useless and simply have the postal service hold my packages for pickup.
