I understand delays and shipping issues. These are difficult times. But to ignore emails, never answer the phone and reply with flippant and rude remarks when you do is just poor service. Have my money and have failed to deliver product or respond to emails. Why keep trading if you cannot fulfil orders? Go somewhere else.
