Review about Hotels.com
I booked a hotel they hotel.com for 2 nights!! Me n my family traveled from out of town to check in and find out that the hotel ROADWAY INN SOUTH IN SANDUSKY OHIO keycard system crashed and they had no idea when it would be up and running!Ppl were coming down and complaining about no water and dirty rooms!!! After waiting for over two hours we left! I called hotels.com and asked for a refund, they kept hanging up on me! Then someone promised to call me back and didn't! I called them back and They pretended to help me and put me on hold, they hung up and I called right back to get a message that they were now closed, ***!!! They told me it's all on the hotel and not them, I called the hotel and they told me the opposite!! I work very hard for my money and I demand a refund!!!
