Signed up a month ago and it's a gloried MyFitnessPal. There is no personalised plan and the head coach constantly berates people and insults them! He has a members chat but if your negative (ie say your struggling ) he bans you from the support group you pay to be a member of and sends you offensive messages such as sent to me insulting me and my lack of progress. This was sent to be after he insulted someone who said she with an eating disorder and sharing her calories log, this is not a supportive coach. Damaging to her and confidential data! Stay as far away as you can as he signs you into a contract for an app which doesn't work properly and any advice etc is on a webpage updated 5 years ago and you can't get any individual coaches support until you hit every target for 21 days which is why you need the support in the first place!
