Review about Gravel Master
Absolutely appalling customer service. We placed a order 2 weeks prior To our job starting, we had the choice for delivery a day or 2 after placing the order. The order should have been with us on the Friday so the stone could be laid on the Saturday, Friday no stone, I emailed gravelmaster asking where is the delivery I get a email stating there is a hold up! This email was from the director himself Sam Robinson, He said to me that it would be with me Monday morning. Monday came no delivery, I phoned 13 times no answer, I have sent over 6 emails with no reply. This company is a shambles and is poorly run, they have made my company look unprofessional as we haven’t been able to complete the job, they haven’t apologised or even offered a good Will gesture for the inconvenience. I will be posting on all landscaping and gardening forums to let people know that gravelmaster are a poorly run business with no customer service.
