The refurbishment was erratic,the workmen unskilled and unsupervised.I had to redo most of the work as the roofs leaked ,the plumbing did not work and the new loft floor was like a trampoline due to fitting of wrong joists. All walls out of'plumb' and new doors sawn trapezoid to fit 'out of plumb' new frames.
