My builder did not follow specifications and took his money but left me with many problems which I am rectifying myself at extra expense and time.The house was due to be finished over one year ago but the surveyors report has highlighted all the builders mistakes. This report can be seen by any interested party to help them avoid similar outcome.

I am an OAP who employed this builder in good faith but I was left with many problems and work that had to be redone by other,capable firms.The many problems included new,flat roofs which leaked ,new doors cut misshapen to fit new unlevel framework,poor plumbing,skewiff radiators,a WC which did not flush due to wrong drainage pipes and ground floor lowered below the threshold as skimped on the flooring material plus a bad tempered builder who ignored the specifications and employed mostly foreign unskilled labour.

The company of John Joseph and Stephanie Brennan ,61 Cavendish Ave ,Harrow refurbished my house and the work was of very poor standard .I had enormous expense and 2 years delay rectifying the problems left by them.

The refurbishment was erratic,the workmen unskilled and unsupervised.I had to redo most of the work as the roofs leaked ,the plumbing did not work and the new loft floor was like a trampoline due to fitting of wrong joists. All walls out of'plumb' and new doors sawn trapezoid to fit 'out of plumb' new frames.
