I am an OAP who employed this builder in good faith but I was left with many problems and work that had to be redone by other,capable firms.The many problems included new,flat roofs which leaked ,new doors cut misshapen to fit new unlevel framework,poor plumbing,skewiff radiators,a WC which did not flush due to wrong drainage pipes and ground floor lowered below the threshold as skimped on the flooring material plus a bad tempered builder who ignored the specifications and employed mostly foreign unskilled labour.
