This company will offer you a higher offer than competitors then low-ball you after receiving your device. They base this on a complete lie of its condition that they will later decide you chose inaccurately. They will not provide return shipping by referencing an agreement you signed saying it’s your responsibility if you don’t take their final offer. No protection for the consumer once you have sent away your device. I took photos of my device when sending. The pictures they claim are my device dont match mine. Complete switch and bait. I would never use this company again. Attached are photos as I was boxing up. The last one, they claim is mine, which as you can see, doesn't match. Fraudulent with no recourse.
