Review about Best Buy
In the past thirty days I have had to return my HP laptop 3 times for hard drive failure. I have put in approx 40 hours setting up each PC and running back and forth to BestBuy. The geeks squad was no help. The manager (Amber W) would not let me upgrade to a SSD because they sold me my HP at a price below their cost. I felt no support by the staff, only said I would return the product if I were you. I bought this product at a brick and mortar facility because I thought it would provide better service, I got nothing in this regard, I paid higher price than Amazon for this reason. I bought HP because of its name but apparently HP = "Horrendous Product". I am totally disgusted with both Best Buy and HP and will not visit neither again and will cancel my BestBuy card
