I work at a property with these lockers and people’s packages get locked in the lockers and they are never given a code. Instead when they call Parcel Pending for a code they are told to come to the office for a key(which we don’t have) or to receive the package all together(we don’t accept them in the office.. guess why.. WE HAVE PACKAGE LOCKERS!!). The reason we have these lockers is so we don’t have to deal with 412 apartments worth of packages. So really what’s the point of them. Totally useless.
