Thankfully, I paid with credit card so I was able to have my payment refunded to my card. My order status on Addicttee showed "delivered" three days after I placed an order - but I never received the items . When I called customer service there was always a long hold time then someone would pick up the phone and hang up. No one ever responded to my reply via emails . Terrible !!!! Proceed with caution if you choose to place an order with this company.
