Review about Vivint
I purchased a home alarm service with an online contract to be completed and signed. They sent 2 separate contracts and I later got a notice of the cost at a higher rate than expected. I called and they said I could get rid or one of the options to lower the monthly cost. I elected to get rid of the camera. It was removed. At no time was I told there would be a cost to remove it. On 5/12 I received a call and was told of a "one time charge for downgrading of $300." I was transferred to Joseph who stated he could lower the cost to $106. I reiterated that I had not been informed of a charge to remove the camera and I am tired of their poor communication. Initially I had suggested that sending one contract with the full cost would have cut down confusion. The product is good but dealing with the business aspect is horrible.
