Beware when you order bulk bags! The only lorries they use for this are large curtain-sided lorries and are not able to drop the bags in your garden with a crane arm. My delivery was cancelled because the lorry was too big and didn't have a crane arm and was charged £100 to return them. The information on not having the 'Hi-Ab' crane vehicle is only in the order confirmation email, which is both too late and can easily be missed
