I ordered a mug from this company on 15 December 2017. I was charged for it, but never received it. It still says “awaiting fulfillment” on my account. I cannot get anyone to respond to me via email or my messages on my account and now they have blocked me on Instagram and Facebook. I will never buy from this website again.
