I've purchase a Matress from matress firm An I've went with the bed that was soft. It cost me $1200 dollars which supposed to be the best quality matress. I've went threw 2 beds in the last 2 years from it bottoming Out an sinks all the way in like the springs fell over in the inside or something. I've paid for the self kit and the inspector to come out to the house. An he even said the bed was damaged. But the warranty department still denied my claim. I've had the worst experience with a matress in my life I was better of getting a $100 dollar matress. Very disappointed an wasted so much money on a matress that won't even hold up for a year. Never will buy at mattress firm again .i will continue to write bad reviews because of the lack of customer service I've had with matress firm.
