I sent a fully functional 2019 MBP to them recently, and they came back with a price much lower than offered even though the mac had only been used for 6 months by an employee that quit and we did not need it anymore. They offered 293.00 to buy it but when I got their final quote it was some bull offer of 217.00, stating that the screen was scratched up and the case was in bad shape! They are frauds and I do not recommend them at all, and we sell lots of MBP in great shape, but these people are liars and cheats! Stay away and go with another reputable company! I only paid accepted the offer because they wanted me to pay for return shipping! Trash company reselling for much more on ebay!
