They base this on ambiguous descriptions of its condition that they will later decide you chose inaccurately. They will not provide return shipping by referencing an agreement you signed saying it’s your responsibility if you don’t take their final offer. No protection for the consumer once you have sent away your device until you pay the “ransom” cost of the return shipping to have it returned to you. Do not use this company.
