It is pretty simple, my teenage daughter ordered a dress that was a size to small. She sent the dress back asking for the next size up. Here is their response, word for word- "We are emailing you regarding your return. Unfortunately the item you returned reeks of perfume and we cannot accept your return. The dress you returned is in high demand in the size small. We would be happy to accept any returns since we're out of stock and we get emails every day with girls looking for a size small. How do we send them one smelling like perfume? If you would like us to return the dress to you we require a payment of eight dollars sent to our Paypal account under the email [email protected]. Please let us know how you would like to proceed". First off, fat shaming an eighteen year old girl fresh out of high school and insulting her ("reeks") about a perfume she does not wear (She explained to Boho Pink that she is allergic to perfume, body oils, etc) speaks to the reputation of BohoPink. This is a common practice of BohoPink (taking back a dress and not refunding the customers money, nor sending back the returned item) is unprofessional and in poor business taste. Given the societal climate we are in of "fat shaming" and hurling insults from behind a computer screen, one would think BohoPink would have the decency to address matters with a little more tact. Emails and calls to them were not returned. Avoid doing business with them.
