Review about Sears
I chose not to give them any stars because my aunt ord red some vaccum bag over the phone and the sears and they were the ones who gave her the bag number with out telling her where to look for the vaccum bag number and she paid over the phone and come to find out they were the wrong bags and she bought them over a month ago and I just called them trying to exchange them and they were very rude couldn't help me at all and they are letting her take the loss for the bags because it's been little over 30 days I'm not asking for them to return her money but I'm asking for an exchange and I've been on the phone with them three times I've been hung up on twice and the last person I felt with my uldbt let me speak to a supervisor he kept me on hold fo over 45 mins to speak to his supervisor this is absolute BS who are these people and instead of transferring me to his supervisor he transferred me to the Spanish speaking department I don't know what they think we are stupid or something but I gotta say I feel like they are taking advantage of people
