Review about Team RH fitness
I have read all the negative reviews on here before I posted this. I take everything you say into account and trying to be as honest as I can. I have to say my own experience has been life changing. Team RH has given me the confidence and inspiration to change my mindset about my weight and lifestyle. I was never a lazy person and I thought I ate healthy. I just needed to be taught correctly and more importantly set myself goals! I’ve never been a fan of the gym and find running very difficult. So stepping has been a great start. I didn’t think I could hit the 15k target at first and found that Team RH had lots of ways to build this up. I’m now passing it daily. I am now walking up mountains and have recently walked Snowdon and planning on walking as many of our beautiful mountains as possible. I’ve finally found the exercise and life plan I love. I have had a few glitches with the app, but it sorts itself out eventually. I have emailed the coaches a number of times for advice and they reply within a few hours and sometimes sooner. It’s always a personal message and yes, often a link to a video, but think about it... They have 50k plus people on the group page and I bet we all ask the same questions. Typing the same answers day in day out is absolutely pointless! Make a video, send the link. Simple. I had a really bad day and a medical issue. Lucy was very supportive and encouraging. I’m sure you can get apps that tell you similar data readings etc. for free, but for me Team RH made it all make sense and realistic. So even if I never use the app or page again (obviously I will) it will have been worth every penny of the subscription. Now I am more concerned about my fitness And health. I let the weight sort itself out.
